My client supplies high-quality used and re-manufactured refuse vehicles to the waste management sector. From partial or total body re-manufacturing, they can build vehicles to each customer's precise specification.
Role Overview
As a Welder Fabricator / Body Builder, you will be a key member of the production team, responsible for transforming technical blueprints into high-quality vehicle bodies. You will work with advanced welding techniques and state-of-the-art fabrication tools to ensure that every component meets the companies' standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interpret technical drawings to fabricate and assemble vehicle bodies using various welding techniques.
* Perform quality control checks to ensure all welds and fabrications meet stringent standards.
* Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve fabrication challenges and enhance build processes.
* Maintain detailed documentation of work processes and modifications.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and secure work environment.
