Role : Development Director – BFSI Cyber Security
Work Location : Edison, NJ (Hybrid, at least 2 days/week)

The BFSI unit is currently experiencing accelerated growth. We are looking to expand our US Sales Team by adding a Business Development Director – BFSI Cyber Security to support our growth. You will focus on expanding the Cyber Security business within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industries.
What you will be doing in your role :
* Increase revenue through cold outreach and prospecting, collaborating with account teams
* Build a sales pipeline aligned with targets set by the Sales Manager & Cyber Security Practice head
* Manage the Sales to Delivery process, supported by Project Delivery and Technical Teams
* Develop and nurture a new sales funnel through prospecting and networking
* Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals based on client needs
* Expand accounts from single/dual lines of business to multiple, high-yield lines
* Oversee the complete sales cycle and support project management and technical teams for seamless delivery
* Understand the competitive landscape and articulate key value propositions
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop campaigns and enhance client meetings
* Engage in prospecting, qualifying, closing, and providing technical support on deals
* Create and execute strategic account plans
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and submit unsolicited proposals
* Respond to RFQ, RFI, and RFPs with cross-functional teams to develop solutions, estimate changes, and monitor margins
Qualifications :
* Proven experience in selling Cyber Security services and products
* Up-to-date knowledge of Cyber Security industry trends
* Basic understanding of technologies in areas such as:
* Identity & Access Management
* Enterprise Vulnerability Management
* Manage, Detect, and Respond
* Data Protection and Privacy
* Governance, Risk, and Compliance
* Network Security and Tools
* Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-Suite executives
* Ability to manage multiple opportunities within Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors, while seeking new opportunities
* Track record of prospecting new business and cross-selling within existing accounts
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management and C-level stakeholders
* Excellent internal relationship skills and resource awareness
* Proactive communication skills and adaptability to various skill levels
* Motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a positive attitude
* Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills, focused on quality
* Flexible and willing to support beyond immediate responsibilities
* Effective time management in a fast-paced environment
* Cyber Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, TOGAF, or SABSA are preferred
