Inside Sales Team Leader
Onsite role / Surrey / Parts Supply and MRO
A leading provider of integrated services in the commercial aviation industry is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Inside Sales Team Leader to join its successful inside sales division.
The role involves supervising a small team of airframe and engine inside sales executives, driving performance, and supporting both team and individual success. This position includes inside sales for large MROs and airlines, quoting and brokering units for sale, onboarding and training new team members, administering exchanges, and utilising sales platforms effectively.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, sales-driven, and capable of developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise, train and develop the inside sales team
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
* Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
* Manage and track sales activity using Salesforce.com.
* Participate in occasional industry events (e.g., trade shows, conferences, networking events) to build and maintain a strong professional presence.
Qualifications:
* Proven ability in aircraft parts sales, MRO, repairs or similar.
* Experience in supervisory role preferred.
* Strong ethics, reliability, and customer service orientation.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Minimum of 3 years of aviation experience.
* Experience with Quantum ERP software is desirable.
