Interim – 6 months IR35 status : Inside IR35 Role type : Hybrid The Role: We are seeking an Interim Compliance Contract Manager - Electrical, Fire, Lift to lead and oversee compliance contracts across electrical inspections and testing, fire risk assessments and servicing, and lift maintenance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring 100% compliance and maintaining safe environments for residents and building users. This role involves full contract management responsibility — including chairing monthly compliance meetings, tracking KPIs, ensuring accurate documentation, monitoring contractor performance, managing billing accuracy, and supporting procurement activity. You will also work closely with operational teams to resolve access issues, a key challenge across all compliance disciplines. You’ll act as a key point of contact for residents, leaseholders, stakeholders and internal teams, representing the compliance function professionally and confidently.
