What Youll Be Doing
* Installing PCs, routers, switches, phones, and small office setups at customer sites
* Carrying out onsite break/fix troubleshooting
* Supporting our 1st and 2nd line teams remotely
* Getting involved in customer onboarding and deployment activities
* Documenting completed work and updating tickets
* Assisting project teams with scheduled installations
