The University of Wolverhampton is recruiting for two Compliance Managers within the Educational Partnership Unit (EPU). The Compliance Managers will ensure that partners comply with relevant educational and commercial requirements. They will liaise with supporting departments to ensure relevant data and metrics are available to the EPU, partner and other internal stakeholders. Working closely with the University's legal services on new and existing partnership agreements, the Compliance Managers will set the operational standard for partnership compliance and will lead on the due diligence and institutional approval of prospective partners in addition to overseeing the partnerships risk registers and ensure relevant mitigations are in place. The Compliance Managers will develop mechanisms and processes to ensure that records are maintained in accordance with records management policies, fit for internal and external audit purposes. High levels of customer service excellence and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure service standards are met and excellent working relationships are maintained are central aspects of the role. Educational Partnerships Unit The Educational Partnerships Unit (EPU) at the University of Wolverhampton is the central function responsible for the strategic development, governance, and operational oversight of the University's collaborative provision, including UK partnerships and transnational education (TNE) arrangements. The EPU ensures that partnership activity is strategically aligned, appropriately approved, and effectively managed, operating within the University's regulatory and governance framework. The EPU core purpose is to provide end-to-end oversight of the partnership lifecycle, ensuring that partnerships are subject to robust approval, due diligence, and risk assessment; delivery arrangements are appropriately controlled and monitored; and all partnerships operate in line with institutional policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory expectations. The University retains full responsibility for the quality and standards of its awards, which are governed through established academic governance structures. The EPU supports this by ensuring that partnership arrangements are structured, resourced, and managed in a way that enables those standards to be delivered and assured.
