ROLE PURPOSE
To process sales orders efficiently and accurately, maximizing approvals and minimizing delays.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Efficient, Accurate & Diligent Process Management
1. Enter customer data into the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
2. Follow GDPR processes to ensure compliance.
3. Ensure all customer information is received and entered promptly and accurately.
4. Liaise with customers to obtain and submit any supplementary documentation timely and accurately.
5. Transfer customer data from the finance system into the funder systems.
6. Notify customers of their application outcome, coordinating with Sales Executives to order vehicles when approved, while complying with GDPR requirements.
7. Maintain seamless communication between the customer, the Company, and the funder to minimize delays.
8. Hand over to the Customer Service team upon receiving credit acceptance notification.
