Overview
Join to apply for the Sales Coordinator role at Rentavilla4u. This role is with a global, well-established and family-run business within the automotive industry – focusing on commercial vehicle supply and export. The business has grown consistently over the past 30+ years, and this is an exciting time to join the team to support the busy sales department.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for all customers – in person, over the phone, via email, or WhatsApp, working with a friendly and collaborative team.
* Advertise and upload new stock on the website, including photos and written details.
* Manage the key system (signing keys in and out; there can be over 900 vehicle keys).
* General administration (filing logbooks, completing vehicle paperwork, scanning documents, etc.).
* Receive and manage inbound enquiries and contact sales leads to pass on relevant information (no hard sales targets; details passed to the sales team).
* Maintain up-to-date systems and customer details with confidentiality/GDPR adherence.
* Work collaboratively with the wider office team and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
* Assist with the hand-over of sales.
Requirements
* Previous customer service/sales support/sales administration experience or similar, with a proactive, service-driven approach.
* IT proficiency, able to use Samsung/Android devices and Microsoft Office.
* Proven ability to work reactively and multi-task effectively.
* Excellent writing skills with good grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
* Flexible, team-focused attitude; willing to help others and share knowledge.
* Personable and confident, with enjoyment in speaking to and interacting with others.
Compensation and Schedule
* £25k - £35k DOE
* 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
* 1 weekend a month on a rota basis (time-and-a-half; remote/very relaxed)
