You'll manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that maintenance is completed promptly, compliance is met, and both landlords and tenants receive exceptional service. Ideal for someone already in a similar role, but we also welcome applicants with transferable skills looking to build a career in property management with support to achieve ARLA Propertymark qualifications. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Manage a portfolio of residential properties across Brighton, Bognor, and nearby areas Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor work, ensuring timely completion and compliance Conduct property visits, inspections, and prepare detailed reports for landlords Handle tenancy changeovers, rent reviews, renewals, and deposit deductions Maintain accurate digital records, manage keys/meters, and support day-to-day office operations Contribute to improving systems and ensuring service and compliance standards are met What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Excellent telephone, communication, and customer service skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Computer literate and able to manage digital records Ability to work independently and within a team Calm under pressure with a proactive mindset At least 1 year of experience in AST property management (preferred) ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualified (preferred) or willing to qualify Full, clean driving licence (essential) What's In It For You?
