Teaching Assistant – Full Time – Primary School in Solihull (Start April 2026)
Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning and looking for a rewarding full-time role in education? Our partner primary school in the heart of Solihull is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their friendly, inclusive team from April 2026.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, ideal for someone who wants to make a real impact while enjoying a balanced work routine.

Your Role as a Teaching Assistant
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils across the school.
* Assist with learning activities, offering guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback.
* Help create a positive, engaging classroom environment.
* Support behaviour management and general classroom organisation.
Work closely with teachers to ensure every child receives the support they need.
What We’re Looking For
* A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above (essential).
* A valid enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
* A basic understanding of the national curriculum.
* A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and succeed.
