A Wills & Probate Paralegal with a minimum of 1 years experience as a Wills & Probate Paralegal paralegal is sought for our highly regarded client close to Bromley.
This is an office based role
Responsibilities
* Supporting the fee earners with wills and probate cases
* Experience of will drafting
* Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, tax submissions, and probate applications
* Deliver excellent client service across all matters
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year(s) experience in a Private Client, Wills and Probate department
* Full UK rights to work and not require sponsorship
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills via email, phone and face to face
* IT literacy
* Personable, proactive and detail oriented
