What You'll Do: As the Office & Accounts Manager, you will support operations and finance functions with a diverse range of responsibilities, including: Finance Management: Handle accountancy processes, sales and purchase invoices (knowledge of Xero preferred, but other software is welcomed). Invoice Creation: Collaborate with operations staff to generate sales invoices. Credit Control: Manage credit control processes to ensure timely payments. Expense Management: Oversee credit cards and staff expenses. Budget Assistance: Contribute to budget preparation and sales projections.
