Client Services Administration Team Leader
Location: Bath
Contract: 12-month FTC
We're looking for a Team Leader to manage a busy Client Services Administration team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to advisers and clients. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, meeting SLAs, resolving escalated queries and complaints, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the team to deliver accurate, timely administration
* Investigate and resolve complaints, breaches, and escalations
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and Treating Customers Fairly principles
* Manage risk and maintain data security standards
* Conduct regular one-to-ones, appraisals, and training plans
* Support recruitment, resource planning, and team development
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
* Proactive approach to problem-solving
Desirable
* Wrap platform experience
* Financial services qualifications (IOC or CII)
* Knowledge of CASS and COBs rules
* Strong knowledge of SIPP, Drawdown, GIA, ISA, and Offshore Bonds
