An Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school is recruiting a Behaviour Support Officer to work with students who require additional emotional and behavioural support. This role is vital in reducing exclusions and supporting reintegration.
* Support behaviour/inclusion room management
* Deliver 1:1 or small group SEMH interventions
* Liaise with families, SLT, and external agencies
* Record and monitor behaviour and progress data
* Experience in behaviour support or mentoring
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Knowledge of restorative approaches to behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
