We’re seeking for a Transport Administrator for an exciting opportunity!

The company is a market leader in the distribution of transmission, gear and industrial oils, operating fluids such as antifreeze, coolants, brake fluids, hydraulic fluids, greases, and sealants and supplies fuel, oil, and coolant system additives, some of which use advanced ester-based technology.
We are looking for someone keen to join our fast-paced Logistics Department as a Transport Administrator, this is due to our immense growth in the past few months where we have raced to the front of our market, overtaking all our competitors. Do you have experience working in a busy office environment?
Supporting the transport team and the logistics manager on a day-to-day basis, monitoring fleet of vehicles, documenting and logging all defects and damage
· Responsible for booking drivers, timesheets, key ownership and allocation, driver prep, scanning and entering all de brief information into our database.
· Work closely with the Transport Administrator and Logistics Manager being sure to escalate issues in a timely manner.
Analysis / offering cost saving solutions.
Any additional tasks as required by the Logistics Manager
Previous experience within a transport or logistics office
Competent IT skills, particularly Excel

Schedule: Monday- Friday 09:00-17:00 (You may be required to work outside of these hours)
