We require a deep understanding of SCADA, ICS, and OT security principles and architectures. We require expertise in network security, firewalls, and industrial cyber security solutions. We require a strong understanding of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC, and IEC 61850, as well as network infrastructure. We require proficiency in security risk assessment methodologies and incident response frameworks. We require the ability to analyse and mitigate threats specific to critical infrastructure and OT environments. We require experience with security monitoring tools, SIEM, and anomaly detection in OT environments. We require an understanding of secure remote access solutions and identity management in OT systems. We require strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for OT security, including the Network & Information Systems Regulations. We require excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Professional certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CISM, or IEC 62443 credentials are highly desirable. Responsibilities: We deliver OT cyber security strategies, including risk assessments and vulnerability analysis. We lead incident response and oversee the implementation of security controls, monitoring, and access management. We contribute to network design, including segmentation, firewalls, and intrusion detection for OT environments. We ensure adherence to cyber security regulations and standards such as NIS and IEC 62443. We actively contribute to joint working groups and industry collaboration forums. We provide regular reporting and updates to key stakeholders and governance bodies. We develop and maintain improvement plans across offshore sites. We prioritise workloads and communicate effectively with stakeholders. We support budget planning, working with SCADA engineers on annual requirements. We deliver timely reporting of cyber incidents and maintain accurate asset registers. We produce clear, concise reports on OT cyber security across sites. We communicate updates effectively to senior stakeholders. We work closely with SCADA engineers, IT, and OT teams to ensure aligned security approaches. We partner with onshore teams to provide guidance on new developments. We engage with third parties, regulators, and stakeholders to strengthen our security posture. We identify trends across system data to drive performance improvements. We evaluate and integrate new security technologies for ICS and critical infrastructure. We promote cyber awareness through training and ongoing knowledge sharing within OT teams.
