Our client, is currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join their IT support team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
3. Providing expert assistance in resolving technical issues
4. Troubleshooting both hardware and software problems
5. Managing and maintaining support tickets
6. Ensuring timely and efficient resolution of support requests
7. Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless IT operations
8. Documenting and logging support activities and resolutions meticulously
9. Delivering high-quality customer service and support
10. Maintaining our reputation for excellence in IT support
Job Requirements:
11. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
12. Excellent communication abilities
13. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
14. Familiarity with retail sector IT systems (an advantage)
15. Capability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends
