7. Earnings potential of £50,000 - £70,000 OTE in the first year, increasing to over £100,000 after two years (uncapped earnings).
Mortgage Advisor requirements:
8. Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Mortgage Advisor
9. Possess full CEMAP qualification, with CAS preferred.
10. Ability to deal with appointments and subsequent sign-ups
11. Proactive approach to sourcing leads
12. Ability to work independently
13. Offer excellent customer service
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:
14. Managing client meetings and consultations remotely or in person as necessary
15. Building relationships with clients to understand their mortgage needs
16. Developing and implementing effective business plans to generate leads
17. Providing professional mortgage advice in line with PSA regulations
18. Submitting applications, liaising with lenders, and progressing cases through to completion
19. Maintaining accurate records using the CRM system
20. Continuously developing your market knowledge and understanding of product offerings
21. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
