The project is a retirement Village. each plot or a 1 or 2 bedroom apartments. Commissioning will include, kitchen extract, MVHR systems. To commission residential ventilation systems, you typically need the following certificates: Ventilation Commissioning Certificate: This certificate is essential for demonstrating compliance with the Building Regulations Part F. It is provided by a BPEC-accredited engineer who has conducted the commissioning process.
