Job Description: Job Overview: This role is part of the Kitting Production area. The role will involve assembling and packing parts of low and medium voltage kits for the Utilities business and is of a repetitive nature. Job Requirements: Be aware of EH&S issues i.e. COSHH & Risk assessments. Adhere to working practices & procedures. Monitor & control quality. Keep up to date with day-to-day operations/new/existing products & complete work on time in line with process times. Have an understanding of areas documentation. Maintain cleanliness of the area and equipment while applying 5S 1. Ensure that all customer targets are achieved. Carry out any other duties as requested by the Supervisor. Qualifications & Training required: Prior Kitting or Connectors experience not necessary but preferred. Training will be provided. Personal Qualities: Flexibility to work overtime at short notice, in line with the business demands. Work on own initiative and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Attention to detail.
