What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils with SEMH needs 1:1 or in small groups
* Building trust and encouraging positive behaviour
* Helping young people develop resilience and emotional regulation
* Working closely with SENCOs, pastoral teams, and teachers
* Creating a calm, predictable classroom environment

What we’re looking for:
* Experience supporting children with SEMH needs (UK-based, essential)
* Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
* Patience, empathy, and confidence to offer consistent support
* A proactive approach to building trust and encouraging independence

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
