About Our Client

Job Description
3. Prepare, reconcile, and raise accounts receivable invoice requests relating to rebate agreements, funding arrangements, and other income streams, ensuring documentation is maintained accurately.
4. Coordinate with an external or centralised credit control function to ensure outstanding invoices are followed up promptly and overdue balances are minimised.
5. Work closely with internal Finance teams to resolve invoice‑related queries and act as a point of contact for aged debt issues.
6. Communicate with both internal stakeholders and external customers via phone and email to support the collection of overdue balances when required.
7. Produce routine weekly and monthly debtor reports for distribution across operational and commercial teams.
8. Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of data across ERP, finance, and commercial systems.
9. Support the configuration, data entry, and parallel testing of a new rebate management system, ensuring agreements are set up correctly and system integrity is maintained.
10. Provide general ad‑hoc support to the Finance team as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant will have:
11. Experience within finance, commercial finance, accounts receivable, or credit control (preferred but not essential).
12. Strong organisational skills, with a methodical approach to managing workloads.
13. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
14. Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
15. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
16. A proactive, self‑motivated attitude and the ability to pick up new processes quickly.
17. Interest in or study toward a finance qualification (beneficial but not required).
