The Office Manager will work under the direction of the Manager of Fairhaven Woodland & Water Garden and will manage all the administrative and accounts functions. It is primarily an office based role. Working collaboratively with the Trustees and other team members.
An administrative professional, you will bring experience of successfully managing organisational services including accounting, finance, site management, health & safety and assisting with HR duties when required.
Working within the small team, with a hands on approach and ability to adapt and prioritize workflow, you will have the ability to oversee projects to ensure they are moved forward in a timely manner.
You will be a confident and enthusiastic individual with strong communication abilities and exceptional attention to detail. Maintain excellent standards, being supportive and collaborative with the aims of Fairhaven Garden Trust.

Experience
At least 3 years + in an office/accounts management role, experience of working with a charity would also be beneficial.
