Brighton Office | Hybrid (2 days in office)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Commission
We’re working with a mature, highly regarded recruitment firm with deep expertise in Clinical and Biotechnology search across the UK and Europe. There is a hot, £200,000 billing desk ready to be inherited - you’ll be working across exciting, mission‑critical hiring within life science and biotech, helping organisations secure the talent that powers medical advancement, scientific discovery and clinical innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Working across the Clinical and Biotech sectors with real depth and ongoing job flow
* Managing full‑cycle recruitment (or supporting delivery initially) for mid‑ to senior‑level scientific and commercial roles
* Building relationships with candidates and clients across the UK and Europe
* Learning specialist markets that touch drug development, life science research, clinical operations, and biotech commercialisation
* Delivering quality engagement and strong outcomes with a consultative approach
Who We’re Looking For
* 360 recruitment experience in any market is welcome — ideally from high‑value or specialist sectors
* Strong communicator with excellent relationship skills
* Commercially minded and organised
* Curious and capable of learning complex, technical talent markets
* A collaborative teammate who values a supportive culture
