We are a disability confident leader and we support reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process - for more information click An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen to join a team focusing on early intervention and prevention within and across North Ayrshire. You will be working alongside a small team of Social Work staff who are co located within Health Visiting Services. You will be working in collaboration with parents and other supporting services to provide early support and help to children and their families from pre birth to school age. The team adopt a strength-based approach and are passionate about working alongside families in a trauma informed manner, with a focus on relationship-based practice which is at the heart of our work with children and their families. We enable families to reach in for support to ensure they are accessing the right support at the right time. This includes assisting families to develop links within their communities and creating opportunities for sustained connection with for example our third sector partners. This post is temporary for one year.
