Operations SupervisorAre you ready to write your next chapter?

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Part-Time Operations Supervisor to join our ever-evolving SMB Operations team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you'll own as the Operations Supervisor (Part Time):

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of a team of 10-15 Worldpayers. The role requires you to be able to inspire a team to deliver SLAs. We are constantly challenging our processes so you will be required to have a drive to continuously improve our people and be creative at pace to influence positive change. You will build and develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers.

1. Responsibility for the day-to-day performance of boarding SMB and Corporate new applications.
2. Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met during the CDD process, along with the constant monitoring of the operational processes.
3. Manage the team against set objectives and predefined SLAs to ensure high levels of output and service to our customers and internal teams.
4. Plan operational resource to ensure efficiency and that service levels are met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
5. Continually improve skill and capability across the team by delivering effective coaching and development, along with individual feedback via 1-2-1 sessions.
6. Act as role model to champion the customer and continuously improve our service.
7. Create an engaging and positive environment to ensure high morale, motivation and support by investing in your team.
8. Champions operational continuous improvement by working with stakeholders to drive a seamless customer experience.
9. Review opportunities for improvement in customer data used to validate and verify records.
10. Coach the team on any training gaps identified and give guidance on errors made.
11. Manage personal workloads.
12. Support preparation and deliver manager reports.
13. Assist in audit and assurance evidence gathering.
14. Assist in reviewing frameworks, process documentation and training guides.
15. Stay curious, ask the right questions, and make your mark.

What you'll bring:
16. Previous management experience within a similar role.
17. Confidence and assurance to be able to critique work and provide feedback.
18. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
19. Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and to challenge the status quo.
20. Ability to work autonomously along with being a good team member.
21. Ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring effectivemunication and alignment.
