Your New Role
As MEP Manager, you will play a pivotal role across the full project lifecycle, with the opportunity to get involved from early design stages through to successful delivery and handover. You will be responsible for:
* Leading and coordinating all mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) elements on site
* Working closely with design teams, consultants and subcontractors from pre‑construction through to completion
* Driving programme, quality assurance and compliance across MEP packages
* Managing subcontractor performance and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
* Acting as the key technical lead for all building services matters
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an MEP Manager (or Senior Building Services Engineer ready to step up) within a main contracting environment
* Strong technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical disciplines
* Experience delivering projects within the residential, commercial or mixed‑use sectors
* Ability to engage confidently with clients, consultants and delivery teams
* A proactive, solution‑led approach with excellent attention to detail
