Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, growing and managing a team of sales professionals, and collaborating closely with the Sales Director to develop and execute sales strategies. As the sales department grows, the Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Role Description
* Sitting 3 SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) per week.
* Generating 3 sales per month.
* Working closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) to maximize SQL generation.
* Lead generation
* Collaborating with the Sales Director (SD) for the conversion of SQLs into bookings.
* Reporting key metrics and KPIs to the Sales Director.
Team Management
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Provide ongoing training and development to sales team members.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
* Set clear sales objectives, monitor progress, and take corrective actions as needed.
Sales Strategy and Planning
* Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
* Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
* Develop and maintain a sales forecast to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Sales Performance Analysis
* Track and analyse sales metrics, KPIs, and pipeline data to make informed decisions.
* Prepare regular sales reports for management review, working with the SD.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Sales Process Improvement
* Continuously assess and optimise the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Implement best practices and sales tools to support the sales team.
* Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.

* Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
