Imperial Recruitment Group are working with Middlesbrough College to appoint a Business Development Executive for the Newcastle area, working from their office in Central Newcastle.\n\nPurpose:\nThe Business Development Executive will report to the Associate Director of Business Development and will be responsible for increasing awareness of the Northern Skills brand across Tyne and Wear, Durham, and Northumberland. This office-based role focuses on executing targeted telesales and marketing strategies to generate employer enquiries and promote apprenticeships, boot camps, and bespoke training services.\n\nThe role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in schools, local careers services, and referral agencies to support employer engagement and learner recruitment.
