Asbestos Administrator
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our demolition team to support all asbestos-related activities within demolition projects, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, accurate record-keeping, and seamless coordination with site teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Main Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Asbestos Documentation
Maintain accurate asbestos registers and documentation in line with CAR 2012 regulations. Process and Archive site information / pursue the required information to maintain compliance and conditions of our License.
Track asbestos waste consignment notes and ensure correct filing and archiving.
Ensure documentation is up to date and readily available for audits or inspections.
Supplier Support
Seek Supplier Costs and Place Orders as required from the Asbestos Contracts Manager to help ensure value for money and maintain Programmes on site.
Data Inputting and Administrative Support
Input and manage data using internal compliance processes.
Provide administrative support to the Asbestos Management Team.
