Warehouse Operative – Aylesbury
Newstaff Employment is hiring a reliable Warehouse Operative in Aylesbury to support busy warehouse operations, including picking, packing, loading, and preparing vehicles for next-day deliveries.
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £14.50 per hour for the first 3 months, increasing to £34, per annum + profit share (including shift allowance)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm – 1:00 am, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
1. Complete general warehouse duties to support daily operations
2. Pick and pack customer orders accurately
3. Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
4. Prepare lorries for the next morning’s dispatch
5. Use hand scanners to manage stock movements
6. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
7. Support the team to meet deadlines and targets
Essential Skills & Experience
8. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial
9. Experience with picking, packing, loading, and unloading
10. Confident using hand scanners
11. FLT Reach licence is an advantage, but not essential
12. Good attention to detail and accuracy
13. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
14. Ability to work evening shifts and as part of a team
