My client is an international Manufacturing company based in Norton Canes seeking X2 Customer Service Coordinators.
Job Description
As Customer Service Coordinator, based in Norton Canes, you will be responsible for the following:
3. Inbound calls and emails around product information, payments, invoices, and delivery information
4. Developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of franchisees
5. Dealing with the query from end-to-end
6. Delivering updates regarding stock shortages and delays to deliveries
The Successful Applicant
The successful Customer Service Coordinator will have the following experience:
7. Minimum of 3 years customer service experience in a B2B or B2C environment
8. IT Literate

As Customer Service Coordinator, you will be entitled to the following:
9. £22,000 - £25,000 per annum dependent upon experience
10. Office-based role (hybrid working not available due to the nature of the role)
11. 08:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:30-16:45 Fridays
12. 38.5 hour week
