We are seeking a passionate and proactive Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a busy and fun Primary School in Croydon.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will be a key part of creating a nurturing and engaging environment where young learners can flourish. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys getting fully involved in childrens activities whether thats exploring the outdoors during playtime or leading creative and educational activities inside the classroom.
Sitting back isnt your style; youll be right there alongside the children, inspiring and encouraging them every step of the way!
Were looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant who:
Can commence from September 2025 (or soon after)
Has a proactive attitude and brings positive energy to the classroom.
Is excited to get involved in all aspects of early years learning, from hands-on activities to outdoor adventures.
Loves working with children and takes pride in supporting their growth and development.
Is aspiring to become a Primary Teacher (desirable but not essential).
Has experience working within an Early Years setting previously.
Is either educated to degree level or has a Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning
Can commute to New Addington, Croydon
Can commit to working the whole of the 2025-2026 academic year
