Part-time applicants will also be considered. The Role Manage a varied caseload of public and private family law matters. Conduct and supervise care proceedings and private children matters. Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to junior solicitors and caseworkers. Ensure compliance with Legal Aid Agency requirements and quality standards. Play a key role in the continued growth and success of the Family department. Candidate Requirements Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales. Minimum 5 years' PQE in Family Law. Current Family Panel accreditation is essential. Previous supervisory experience within a Family Law team. Extensive experience handling both Legal Aid and privately funded matters. Strong expertise in care proceedings, child arrangements disputes, divorce, and financial remedy work. Excellent knowledge of Legal Aid Agency compliance requirements.
