Associate Interior Designer (Full-Time) – High-End Residential Developer

A leading contemporary design property developer based in North London is seeking a talented and experienced Associate Client leading Interior Designer to join their growing in-house design team. This is a client-facing, permanent position offering the opportunity to work on exceptional high-end residential projects from concept through to completion.
About the Role
You will take a leading role in the design and delivery of bespoke FF&E schemes for luxury residential developments. Working closely with internal teams, external consultants, and high-profile clients, you will be responsible for creating refined, cohesive interiors that meet the highest standards of design and quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design process across multiple high-end residential projects
* Client facing and strong presentation skills.
* Develop and present creative concepts, mood boards, and detailed specifications
* Source premium furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories
* Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and budgeting
* Produce detailed FF&E schedules and documentation
* Oversee installation and styling to ensure design integrity
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a professional and polished experience
Requirements
* Proven experience at least 6 year in high-end residential design (essential)
* Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury interior projects
* Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
* Strong knowledge of suppliers, materials, and finishes
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite)
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
