Do you Have?
1. At least 2 years’ experience in email, CRM or digital marketing (ideally in FMCG, B2C or agency settings).
2. Solid knowledge of Salesforce, Mailchimp or Ometria, and experience managing CRM databases and customer segmentation.
3. A proven track record in social media management, from content planning and trend tracking to analytics and reporting.
