Our client, an employer of choice, is currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key duties will include:
* Ensuring all service desk requests are prioritised correctly
* Reviewing support requests in a timely manner
* Troubleshooting a range or IT issues
* Handling requests via phone, web and in person
* Working with team members to share knowledge
* Assisting with the set up of AV systems
* Contribute to IT projects
* Updating documentation, where required
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience of ticketing systems
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft office suite
* A passion for problem solving
* Strong customer service ethic
* Experience working to deadlines
* Willingness to learn
