We are currently recruiting Ad-Hoc Residential Support Workers to support children and young people aged 617 across a number of residential services.
The homes support young people with challenging behaviours, learning disabilities and complex needs and we are looking for resilient and compassionate individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in young peoples lives.
This is a flexible, ad-hoc role where you can choose shifts that work for you, however applicants must be able to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week.
The Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the young people in our care feel safe, supported, and encouraged to develop independence skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting young people with daily routines and independence skills
Managing and responding to emotional and behavioural challenges
Building strong, therapeutic and trusting relationships
Encouraging engagement in music, creative activities and structured routines
Maintaining a safe, consistent and nurturing home environment
Completing daily logs and contributing to care planning
