What The Role Actually Involves
Youll be programming, setting and running 3 & 5 axis machining centres, producing precision components from a range of steels and alloys. Work is varied, tolerances are tight, and quality matters.
This is a hands-on role where youre trusted to:
* Take jobs from drawing through to finished component
* Work confidently with FANUC controls
* Machine complex parts accurately and consistently
* Spot issues early and take pride in getting things right first time

Youll likely be a good fit if you:
* Are time-served (or equivalent) in CNC machining
* Have solid experience as a CNC Miller in a sub-contract or precision environment

* Can read engineering drawings without needing hand-holding
* Take pride in accuracy, finish and consistency
