Claims Service Manager
Salary: Circa £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
About the role
We’re seeking a Claims Service Manager to enhance our support for strategic clients. This role focuses on proactive account management, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality service. You will collaborate closely with key partners, brokers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure client needs are met. It’s an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a collaborative, client-centered environment.
Key skills and experience
* Proven ability to build strong client relationships in a service-oriented role
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
* Experience managing complex client scenarios and providing expert advice
* Track record of process improvement and strategic planning
* Knowledge of home claims or the insurance industry is advantageous
