You will take a lead role in managing the commercial aspects of mechanical and electrical packages from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with project teams, youll ensure cost efficiency, risk management, and contractual compliance across multiple projects.Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee M&E project costs and budgets
* Prepare tender documentation, analyse bids, and negotiate contracts
* Monitor project progress and provide accurate financial reporting
* Identify and manage risks, variations, and value engineering opportunities
* Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
About You
* Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor at a senior level
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial practices
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
* Degree-qualified xsngvjr or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field
