We’re looking for a talented Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our water industry team and help deliver electrical systems for treatment plants, pumping stations, control systems, and smart water networks. This role offers real responsibility, diverse challenges, and long-term career development in one of the UK’s most vital sectors. Key Responsibilities: Support the design and delivery of electrical systems including power distribution, automation, and instrumentation Assist with the specification and selection of electrical equipment Work closely with civil, mechanical, and process engineering teams Carry out site surveys, commissioning, and technical inspections Support with documentation, reports, and health & safety compliance Engage with contractors, clients (e.g. Anglian Water), and supply chain partners throughout project lifecycles What We’re Looking For: A degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (BEng or MEng) An interest in sustainability, utilities, and infrastructure Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Enthusiasm to work in both office and site environments Full UK Driving licence (or working towards it) What We Offer: Competitive graduate salary and benefits package Structured training and development programme We will support you achieve working towards your professional accreditations Real project experience from day one Why Join the @ONE Alliance?
