About the Role
An adult acute inpatient service in Cheshire is seeking an experienced Psychologist to join their team on a part‐time basis (2 days per week).
This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist with previous inpatient experience who is looking for flexibility without stepping away from high‐quality clinical practice. The role sits within a well‐established MDT and has a strong emphasis on supervision, leadership, and service development, alongside some direct clinical work with more complex presentations.
What You'll Be Doing
* Working within an adult acute inpatient MDT
* Providing clinical leadership and supervision to pre‐qualified psychologists
* Undertaking direct clinical work with more complex patients as required
* Contributing to service development and high clinical standards
* Supporting clear clinical pathways within the service
What We're Looking For
* HCPC Registered, Qualified Practitioner Psychologist
* Inpatient experience within adult mental health settings
* Confidence in supervision and leadership responsibilities
* Strong MDT working skills
