We are offering an exciting opportunity to join us as an NMC Registered Community Staff Nurse to work in our busy and supportive Community Nursing Team based at Greenhill Health Centre.

Many people would be unable to live at home without the support they receive from the community nursing teams and community services are receiving referrals for patients with more complex needs than ever before, with increasingly specialist treatment and care being provided by highly skilled staff.

Our Community Nursing teams assess, plan and deliver nursing care to patients within their own homes, in line with evidence based practice. It is a privilege to care for patients in their own homes, and by joining our team you will be able to experience the difference this makes to families within the community.
