Ready to Own and Scale a World-Class Supply Chain?
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, detail-obsessed Supply Chain Manager to take
ownership of our end-to-end supply chain — from production planning and global ingredient
sourcing through to manufacturing, packing and quality management.
This is a critical role in scaling the business. You’ll ensure we deliver exceptional product
quality, maintain complete availability, and build a supply chain that is efficient, resilient, and
ready for growth.
What You’ll Own
Production Planning & Supply Management
â—Ź Own production forecasting and planning based on demand inputs
â—Ź Translate demand forecasts into production and supply plans
â—Ź Maintain optimal stock levels and product availability
â—Ź Identify risks, constraints and bottlenecks across the supply chain
Sourcing & Supplier Management
â—Ź Source ingredients internationally, building strong and reliable supplier relationships
â—Ź Negotiate commercial terms balancing cost, quality and reliability
â—Ź Continuously evaluate supplier performance and identify new sourcing opportunities
â—Ź Build a resilient supplier network with contingency planning in place
â—Ź Oversee freight, customs and shipping partners to balance cost and reliability
Manufacturing, Packing & Operations
â—Ź Manage relationships with manufacturing and packing partners
â—Ź Ensure production runs are executed efficiently and to plan
â—Ź Align supply chain operations with product launches and business demand
â—Ź Drive improvements in processes, timelines and cost efficiency
Quality & Compliance
â—Ź Own and continuously improve quality processes across suppliers and production
â—Ź Manage our third-party testing programme, ensuring every batch meets required
standards
â—Ź Ensure all products, suppliers and partners meet relevant regulatory requirements
â—Ź Stay up to date with evolving regulations and support compliance for international
expansion
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…Supply Chain Manager
● Have 2–5+ years experience in supply chain, ideally within FMCG, food or supplements
â—Ź Have strong experience with international sourcing and supplier management
â—Ź Have a solid understanding of global logistics, freight and customs requirements
â—Ź Are confident managing manufacturers, co-packers and logistics partners
â—Ź Have a deep understanding of production planning, inventory and logistics
â—Ź Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
â—Ź Are commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
â—Ź Can spot risks early and proactively solve problems
â—Ź Thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment
â—Ź Are naturally detail-oriented, proactive and solutions-focused
