At National Highways, we're looking for someone with a keen eye for compliance, performance, and quality to join our South East region as an Assistant Contracts and Performance Manager on a part-time basis (30 hours per week).
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the M25 DBFO contract delivers value for money, meets performance standards, and supports our wider operational goals. Whether you come from a background in contractual compliance, quality management, auditing, or contract performance, this is your opportunity to make a real impact on one of the country's most vital transport routes.
Based in our Guildford office, you'll be responsible for:
1. Lead the administration of the document review process, working closely with reviewers and managing the flow of information through the document retention system to ensure timely approvals and full compliance with contractual obligations.
2. Identifying and managing contractual risks, maintaining the risk register, supporting contingency planning, and ensuring contractual obligations are met through effective document and information management.
3. Managing governance and monitoring performance and compliance of the contract to ensure it delivers value for money.
