Main Responsibilities
* Attend pre-match managers briefings and participate in required training.
* Monitor staff practices, assist with training and development, and handle staff complaints.
* Ensure bar and floor staff are attentive to guests and work efficiently to minimize wait times.
* Greet guests, take orders, serve beverages, and handle complaints effectively.
* Ensure staff are signed in, briefed, and allocated breaks.
* Maintain a smart and presentable appearance in line with company policies.

* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to brief and lead a team.
* Ability to drive sales and meet performance and customer expectations.
