You engage directly with strategic accounts, balance ambitious targets with thoughtful collaboration, and translate customer needs into practical, value-driven solutions. Every day, your work supports reliable power generation and contributes to the broader energy transition across the RLA region.


Responsibilities

* Lead and execute regional sales strategies to drive profitable growth, increase market share, and achieve order intake and gross margin targets.
* Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, EPCs, and internal stakeholders across the RLA region.
* Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions for both New Unit sales and the Service (aftermarket) business.
* Prepare, structure, and negotiate pricing, tenders, and commercial contracts with confidence and care.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and customer support teams to ensure smooth project execution and strong customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

* A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business Administration.
* At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally within gas turbines, power generation, or industrial energy markets.
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in power generation, oil & gas, rotating equipment, or related industries.
* Strong technical understanding of gas turbine systems and applications or comparable technologies.
* Willingness to travel frequently within the RLA region, with some international travel required.


About the Team

The SGT 50 team is a highly experienced group responsible for the stewardship, engineering, sales support, and lifecycle management of the 2MW SGT 50 gas turbine portfolio. Headquartered in Kongsberg, Norway, the team works closely across the broader Siemens Energy organization. They support customers, distributors, and internal functions with technical guidance, engineering updates, product improvements, and operational support. The scope covers R&D, design, manufacturing, delivery, and field service for both New Units and a full range of Service offerings. With more than 1,000 units delivered and over 25 million operating hours globally, the team is known for its deep product knowledge and long-standing experience. Together, they ensure the SGT 50 portfolio remains reliable, competitive, and aligned with customer needs.
