Location: Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Southam, Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas
Salary: £150-£260 per day (paid weekly)
Start Date: ASAP/January 2026
Hours: Part-time or full-time available
Contract: Daily supply, short/long term and temp to perm roles available

The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Have regard for the need to safeguard pupils' well-being following statutory provisions
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the curriculum and student needs
* Assess, record and report on the progress of students, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed
* Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports positive behaviour and mutual respect, following the school's behaviour policy
* Contribute to wider school life, including pastoral care
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers to support student progress and wellbeing
* Take responsibility for improving teaching through appropriate professional development, responding to advice and feedback from colleagues
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Reads the DfE 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' (2025 document)
* Specialises in any secondary subject (we have roles to suit all subject areas)
* Genuine love for teaching and learning
* Impressive classroom management
* Excellent communication, Literacy, Numeracy and IT skills
* Resilient, reflective and committed to making a positive difference
* Whether newly qualified or highly experienced, is committed to continuous professional development
