You will be passionate about standards, consistency and presentation, with proven experience in a similar hotel environment. Leading from the front, you will inspire your brigade to deliver outstanding food across all outlets while ensuring seamless execution of large-scale events.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving food quality and consistency across restaurant and banqueting
Leading conference and event catering up to 350 covers
Menu development with a creative, seasonal focus
Managing GP, labour costs and stock control
Training and developing a strong, motivated kitchen team
Ensuring full health & safety and food hygiene compliance
